20 % of teen pregnancies are planned

So while I was at work tonight reading the latest issue of Seventeen magazine [the girl's magazine whom I babysitt] while I should have been reading "1984", however this article in Seventeen was just toooo weirdly funny. Okay so the picture is of this girl Sheena, her baby, and the baby's father & her boyfriend Joseph who doesn't look too pleased. YEAH YOU THINK?...... But as I read this article with my mouth wide open and come to find out that he wasn't against having a baby, a little anger inside starts to stir up. This is just..... oh I don't know 5% maybe of what our tax dollars go to. Now im not one who likes to rag on the government all the time since I think were doing a pretty good job for being such a young country and what not, but could we just stop enabling everyone around us and start taking responsibility for our actions.
