Interior & Furr
Real quick I wanted to show you all what our fashion drawing class's view out the window was, looking out onto 7th ave! LOVE IT!!! For 6 hours we are in that class drawing drawing drawing, and can I just say that my teacher is a HOOT to the max!!! He said he was Marc Jacobs and Isaac Mizrahi's drawing teacher back in the day and that he looooves Isaac because of how sweet and genuine he is in private & public but doesn't care for Marc Jacobs because he will totally look the other way when he sees my teacher. Talk about insecure, especially if you met my teacher, one would think "how can you ignore this man, he is fantastic!"
And because it has been awhile since posting something on Stella or Sebastian. I have my hands full with this one! :) lol

you should sneak a photo of your drawing teacher.
:D
YES!!! He IS a wolf in sheep's clothing, that's for sure!!!! I can't even tell you guys the kind of junk those two have been pullin lately!!! If only I had a video camera! Oh and actually the other day I asked Sebastian if he wanted to go see LO-LA [just for kicks] and his heart started beating fast and he went from calm to CRAZY!!! He still looooves her. :) lol
Oh and if only I could get a picture of my teacher - you would fall in love :) plus he sounds EXACTLY like harry, henry feinstein? <- guy who played fiddler on the roof on broadway! :) So mix that with his very outlandish personality and weve got a winner! :) lol
even though I listened to your story, there is still a very special place in my heart for Marc Jacobs..
Oh Jessica, don't think in any way that im knocking on "Marc Jacobs" I am only knocking on his behavior. Especially because SOOO much of that goes on in the Fashion Industry you know. Which drives me crazy because it pretty much boils down to people feeling insecure about themselves, atleast I think. There is so much more involved too, but I do have to say that something that really bothered me last year was how so many of the students in foundation had a lot of that. i.e. When you see something that you like, you usually say to yourself "oh that's really cool" and then the normal healthy thing to do would tell the person I think, especially because I believe the more real compliments you give out the double amount you get back, it's just a cycle. But hardly any complimenting went on, some, ofcourse, but for being at a Design school, one is going to see soooo many awesome things....I personally find it bizarre when you bring in something you worked really hard on and you can tell it's good work and the teacher thinks so too, and the class just stares at.
Oh man, really I could go on and on about that subject, it is obviously a really touchy one for me, for many different reasons. Anyways, no knocking Marc Jacobs, well his collections that is atleast. :) lol
