So last night as I am working on my concepts homework for the Gap Competition that is being held at our school, I put a staple IN my finger!!!! I can't even tell you how painful it was to take it out. The whole experience was creepy and definitely blog worthy, ahahaha lol I guess that makes me a little creepy [?] anyways, it was horrible and I was crying profusely but after 10/15 mins of stinging pain, I pulled it out... :( But that was not helpful in me trying to finish up my homework, so over much deliberation, I have decided to skip class in order to finish it all and present it the way I have envisioned, I also have the Banana Republic accessories to start today as well.... ahhhhhhh shooting myself in the foot right now!

I'm sorry Roxy.
Your project looks quite wonderful. Like the wonders of Roxy always are.
Hope your finger is doing better.

matthew wants me to tell you:

you know you're really a mid-way-through design student when you've done physical injuries to yourself with your assignment. haha

i've also actually had many cuts and burns from band saws and belt sanders... and some drills. and many people i knew had sliced off their fingertips during a late night x-acto blading!

so you should be proud of your battlewound. haha hope you're healing well - miss you kooky rox!! :)
