This darling hand painted (with embroidered freckles) Acorn Pocket Satchel is for the child who actively finds and seeks random little objects.
 
My pocket purses were first inspired by the character Paul in the beloved movie "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". There's a scene where Paul is pulling out the sweetest little items from his pocket, one of which was "a piece of wire" <- this scene has been forever burned in my brain (I laugh every time I watch it) as it perfectly sums up a curious imaginative child, whom I am always striving to design products for. 
 
Because each purse is hand painted, no two are alike. Also, the face of the acorn (eyes/nose) has an intentional bleed style that I think adds a perfect touch of rusticness to it.
